'Tile' - allows you to texture monocolored objects by clipboard texture elements. Example: you have apple on blue background in clipboard. And you have a shirt, which colored by single orange color (monocolored). We wants to texture orange shirt with apples, but we dont want to see blue apple background on final picture. Call effect 'Tile', set blue background of apple in clipboard as transparent color (similar to 'SuperPaste'), when it asks 'Where fill?' - we select 'Define color' and set orange color of our shirt, press Ok, wait - and our orange shirt will be textured with apples.
